FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We charge one flat fee even when you are on both sides of the transaction.
Yes, we will communicate with the Buyers or Sellers, agent on the other side of the transaction and the title company. If we are assisting a Buyer we will also be in direct communication with their lender.
Invoices are issued once the file is closed. You can pay via bank transfer, check or credit card (convenience fee of 3% is applied).
Yes, with your permission we will reach out to all parties and introduce ourselves. If you prefer we work behind the scenes we are happy to do so.
No, we only collect our fee if the deal closes.
Yes, we are happy to assist with existing files.
It is our goal to have everyone kept informed. You are copied on every correspondence and if we talk to the client on the phone we will let you know.
